White Glove Platinum service is the highest level of home assembly service. Delivery inside your residence to the room of your choice (includes carrying the product up two (2) flights of stairs from the threshold).

The carrier will unpack the product and remove the packaging for you. They will also provide 30 minutes of light setup that requires basic tools (e.g. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set next to each other, or on top of each other).

The shipping company will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and will be scheduled within a 4-hour window.

Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item as well as the packaging on the delivery receipt.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.

All products sold by by Cymax Stores are warrantied by their manufacturer against material or construction defects for a limited time after purchase. This warranty information can be found on the product's page on our sites or will be bundled with the product itself when ordered. The time span of the warranty will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer; as the original owner of a new product from Cymax Stores you can expect coverage ranging from months, years, or even lifetime of the product. In case of missing or damaged parts falling within the warranty period, please refer to your warranty documentation.
